<b>Jamu</b> instant|Peluang dan tantangannya Posted: 04 Mar 2011 02:34 PM PST Bisa jadi jamu-jamu instant dari beberapa merek ternama yang banyak beredar sekarang memang ditakar untuk lidah orang-orang kota yang kurang terbiasa dengan jamu. Sedangkan bagi kita yang biasa mengkonsumsi jamu tradisional takaran tersebut terasa kurang nendang, kurang maknyuss. Jamu tradisional bisa meniru produk obat yang dijual bebas dimana mereka memakai kode warna dalam bulatan untuk menunjukkan tingkat kekerasan obat. Ide yang sama bisa dipakai industri jamu untuk menunjukkan kekentalan/kekerasan jamu. Tentu saja kekentalan/kekerasan jamu memerlukan standarisasi.
